It is natural for everyone to want to find a special someone to share their life with. Everybody dreams of one day meeting their real soulmate – someone who shares their dreams and ideas and someone they feel totally happy and comfortable with. For this to happen, you need to use the law of attraction.

It is important to ensure compatibility between yourselves because everyone is different and we usually have a few relationships that do not work out before we find “the one”. This is completely normal and humans are actually incredibly resilient. Discovering what you do not want in a partner can help you identify what you do want and we learn new things about relationships every step of the way until we know categorically what we want and what we do not want. Knowing that means you know what kind of partner is the most suitable for you.

What exactly is the law of attraction?

You can use the law of attraction in many parts of your life. We all want a harmonious, happy life. One way to do this is to use the law of attraction. You need to think in a positive, rather than a negative, way. You stand a better chance of finding love if you are positive and relaxed. Being this way encouraged warm feelings and attracts others to you. The law of attraction is basically making yourself a living magnet. Do you know the saying “like attracts like”? This means if you live your life is a positive way, embracing all that is good and being happy and optimistic, you are sending out subconscious signals. These signals attract a similar person. Being open to love and willing to embark on a romantic chapter which might turn into something more will attract good circumstances your way.

Love is a vital part of a normal, healthy life and one of the best feelings in the world. You need to ensure you are doing everything possible to attract love into your life. When you have met your soulmate, you will be so glad you used the law of attraction. You can use this law in other parts of your life too but finding love is one of the most important things for us to do because of the immense happiness it can bring.

What can the law of attraction not do?

Well, it cannot guarantee instant results! You should not be disheartened if you change your outlook, become more positive and have not found your soulmate within the week. The law of attraction does not work that way. It might take time finding love and this is fine. Be calm, relaxed and good things will come to you if you are in the right frame of mind for them.

The law of attraction does attract people to you and can change your life for the better but it is important to realize that not every potential partner is the right one for you. You still have to realize that a relationship could be great or it could be disastrous. That is love! If you give your all and put everything you can into trying to make it work, if the partner in question is compatible with you, everything should be fine. If the experience is not so good, just keep trying. You will find your soulmate eventually, using this method.

How does the law of attraction work?

Do not be afraid of the law of attraction. You will find that just by altering the way you feel about life and your outlook, you will have a brighter and more positive energy around you. This is what attracts people to you. The more this happens, the more you will feel confident that the law of attraction is working for you. The more you feel it working, the more it will become second nature. A “law” is something inflexible, meaning it works all the time and is always applicable. For this reason, the “law” of attraction cannot fail.

By using the law of attraction, you will feel greatly empowered. You can change the way you communicate with other people and the way you feel about them. This, in turn, makes them feel positive towards you. In this way, good feelings are generated and hopefully love will be the end result.

You need to stay positive and open and let the law of attraction bring surprises into your life. You might find the happiness you were looking for has been there all along. If you meet someone, there will be sparks between the two of you that are impossible to ignore. Let the positive energy take over and bring that love into your life. You will be so glad you let it.

Finding your soulmate and settling down with someone totally compatible is an incredibly wonderful experience. It is something we all wish for and dream of. For some people, however, it is not yet a reality. Using the power of the law of attraction, you are automatically more positive, because believing you are attracting good things into your life and believing you are positive actually makes you positive. You need to be in the right frame of mind and be open to new experiences. Do not worry about what others think about you. They do not need to know what you are doing and in what ways you are thinking. Just enjoy yourself and know that true love is on its way!

As you delve deeper into the Law of Attraction and the processes that you need to take to have the universal law of the universe work with you and not against you, one of the key things that you will discover is your own social conditioning can and does work against you at every step of the way.

Why do I say that I here you ask? Just think about the social conditioning that has been placed on you as a child, through the teens and into early days as an adult. Typical things I’m talking about would be for a boy but equally have there own conditions for girls. Things like: grow up big and strong, don’t cry, and don’t show your emotions, what are you a man or a wimp. You have all heard them and in part, if you are a parent, used them at various times on your children. We tend to suppress free thinking for social and our community expectations.

What this conditioning has done to us is make us very judgemental. We move through these processes especially within Western Society at our cost. Our judgemental nature has been the breeding grounds for so many of the evils in our society today, such as racism, road rage and bullying to mention just a few. We are training people not to be as one in a community but of a self level. The old “what’s in it for me attitude”. The world owes me a living mentality that pervades our youth today as they live in the “Want It” society. A want society built out of the baby boomers who were a “Lets have it” society where 20% of the population consumed 86% of the world resources.

Our training was designed over the decades to make us judgemental. We were taught to see the issues, the risks etc and to make a decision on them at a rapid pace. For early man it was to react in time to save themselves from being eaten. As time progressed into the industrial revolution, it was to avoid life threatening issues and injury and in our current western society it is a key part of decisions taken in the deal making process within industry. We must react quickly or miss out.

Everything is done at a very rapid rate. As a result the mind concentrated on what it believes is the key points, as it shuffles through the vast amount of information being presented? Research into our decision making processes clearly shows we all operate at different rates with different responses. These responses are clearly related to the learning /schooling we received, what exposure we have had to the situation before or similar related issue and finally how much risk we are prepared to take commonly called our ”risk aversion level”. As our judgments, as we have previously stated, are built on avoiding risk or harm or injury to ourselves.

So where does “Noticing” come into the situation and how does it impact on The Law of Attraction and the response we receive from participation with these universal laws. The key is to look at what our decision making process does. Key among the points is the fact that our decision making process drops information. Our five senses work overtime, all day every day screening out all that surrounds us, while storing some of the information for possible future use. We screen what is being provided to us. We drop from our immediate short term memory what we scan as not important. We become selective about importance of issues. Based not in most part the actual truth, but based, as we pointed out earlier, on our learning, our prior involvement and importantly our risk levels.

You see it every day in the introvert and extraverts of our world. Extraverts work on minimal information making decisions on the run never looking back, while introverts look for the fine detail, seeking the weaknesses in the decision being made not just the strengths the extraverts tend to run with. Introverts do not fly by the seat of there pants, on gut feelings or the extraverts “we can fix it as we go” attitude. That’s why in business you need both types within the organization, where neither side has control of the total decision making process.

The key situation for leading managers is to balance these two types at the levels needed for the particular specifics of there industry. The key problem they face is the fact that one tends to hire those people we feel most at ease with and this is usually those with your attitude. How many times do you here both sides blaming each other to others about this or that decision that was made or not made. So and so wouldn’t listen to the issues I pointed out or so and so took to long to make a decision so we missed the deal. Again we are being Judgemental and not Noticing.

Noticing is a very key process and a process we all need to take to heart if we are to progress with the Law of Attraction, in the manifestation of our wants and key desires. We need to slow down the decision making process. Stop making the judgements we normally take through social conditioning and to actually pause and sift through all the information being presented. From this information review we often see something we missed due to the screening our brains impose and in the case of the Law of Attraction the simple direction or steps to be taken, if we are to have that which we were manifesting come to fruition.

Our screening process (noticing) needs to expand to include other into the process. We need to build off the introvert and extravert types and apply their processes as necessary in the final decision making. There is a term called “Group Think” which has caused many a company to come unstuck and it simply happens when every one looks at the one side without true evaluation of the alternatives. We all want to please, be one with the group and not be the one to speak up. Some companies are so aware of group think, that at key meeting they appoint a “dissenter” on rotation, who is to be negative to the process under discussion. Their role is to point out counter issues, alternative considerations, possible problems within time lines etc. Why do this I here you ask? It so we notice the things we want to screen out and then drop them for specific reasons not just on screening, learning and knowledge grounds.

We need to become aware of the world around us. The real world, not that which our brain have been socially prepared to accept, not the world that our five senses and even our sixth sense have been conditioned to, as being the norm. We need to seek out the alternative. In relationships we need to just watch people we deal with and try and see things from their side for a change. Try and see their perspective and to notice the information they are basing their decision on. Who knows, they may just have seen what we filtered out or have missed what we filtered in. Take notice do not make judgements, point out your view, but ask for theirs in return so you see what they noticed.

The law of attraction and manifestation is all about Noticing. Noticing exactly what it is we want, noticing the specifics that need to be presented in our visualizations as we seek to attract our manifestations. Noticing the small steps that we need to take to make the manifestation become the reality we seek. Judgement also has a part to play and it always will, but in today’s society Noticing is the key skill we need to develop at the expense of our judgement.

Our judgement and sensory screening will always be here and it must be otherwise we would go mad. Our conscious mind cannot take the flood of information our five senses process constantly minute by minute and still have the ability to make standalone judgements. That is why the universe gave us three segments of the mind to control this information overload.

So as you develop your understanding of life under the control of the universal laws, the Law of Attraction, of affirmations and manifestations continue to build on your judgments but never loose site of noticing the world and people around you.

Many of us become more open to the possibilities that The Law of
Attraction and The Power of Intention can provide when we are in
distress, and more so when distress is present simultaneously in
several areas of our life.

It’s been said that when it rains it pours, and that is exactly
what happens. As soon as one area of our life falls out of balance,
other areas start falling one after the other and often just as
fast as a domino effect. According to The Law of Attraction and
The Power of Intention, this makes total sense.

Instinctively, our minds tend to focus on the problem at hand in
an attempt to find a solution. This generates a “worry state” that
creates negative vibrations which in turn bring about other negative
conditions in our lives.

Actually, Rhonda Byrne, the producer of “The Secret” mentions at
the beginning of her acclaimed movie that she was in a situation
where everything seemed to be going wrong after the death of her
father. She had worked herself into exhaustion, had no money and
her personal relationships were suffering as well. Have you been
in that kind of a situation where nothing seems to be going right?

I know I have. Not long ago, I was going through a divorce. Right
about that time, I lost my job, and had no money and no home. On
top of that, the stress was getting the best out of my health. I
couldn’t sleep well; I was saturated with worry and had over my
shoulders the full responsibility of raising my two children on my
own.

Just as a light at the end of the tunnel, “The Secret” was
introduced to me by a friend just at the time when I needed it the
most. I had read about Universal Laws, but nothing had helped me
until I watched “The Secret”. I watched it once and I was hooked.

But I had so many questions and nobody to ask… where was I
supposed to start? By focusing on financial matters or visualize
a great home, a wonderful job, an active life or vibrant health?
What should I do first?

I get this question quite often in regard to The Law of Attraction
and The Power of Intention… Where do I start? Where do I set my
intentions first? How do I determine my priorities when everything
is so important?

The good news is that you can do it all at once. Let me explain…

If we go back to the premise that a happy life is a balanced life…
do you really think that we are supposed to set our intentions on
one area of our lives at a time? Nothing will ever manifest if we
do it this way because in order to feel happy and live a fulfilled
life we require a variety of things. Yes, all of them in balance.
Makes sense?

So let’s get organized and plan, which is what we really need to
do. Make a list of all areas of your life that you want to improve,
and even those that you think they don’t need improvement because
they can get better. Believe me, they will. Here is an example of
my list:

1. Health / Fitness
2. Money / Wealth
3. Family / Relationships
4. Career / Job / Business
5. Personal Development
6. Relaxation / Fun

Now jot down right next to each, one intention related to that
subject. For the sake of this example, let’s say that I have set my
intention to get fit and improve my health for which I must get a
membership at a fitness club.

The problem now is that I don’t have the extra c’ash to join a club.
So this is why I need to set an intention in #2. My intention is
that I will get enough cash to join the club.

Since I have not slept well because of stress, my family has
suffered as I’ve been grouchy. Also, I don’t feel like returning
calls to my friends. This is where intention #3 comes in. As a
result of going to a health club to exercise, I’ll release my
stress, sleep better, be more patient and my relationships will
improve.

Do you see how each intention complements the next helping us
create a balanced life as we go? This is why it’s vital to have
many intentions going at the same time. Even if your relationships
haven’t suffered yet, you will notice an improvement in them as
your other intentions get manifested.

Once you set your intentions, take a few minutes each day to
visualize each one of them. And then all of them together; create a
story in your mind. Use your imagination. Add feeling to your
visualization as if the scene in your mind had already happened.

Carry these intentions in your mind everywhere you go and be
attentive to your surroundings. Look for synchronicities.

Opportunities to act on certain things will pop up seemingly out of
nowhere. It’s the Universe at large acting upon your behalf. It’s
the genie you saw in “The Secret”. Take inspired action if you feel
like it.

Do not judge or try to see how this or that wouldn’t work. Just do
it and have faith. Before you know it, your intentions will start
materializing in front of your eyes!

But don’t stop there. To achieve a balanced life you must have
intentions in every aspect of your life at all times.

If you already got your ideal job, now set an intention to get a
promotion as soon as possible. Or if you got the home of your
dreams, set an intention to get that plasma TV you so much want…
you get the idea. Keep on moving and the Universe will back you up.

Students of metaphysical philosophy, theologians, and gurus all have rather strong opinions on the subject of giving. Many ask if it’s a law needing to be observed, while others believe that it is a virtue of kindness which will bestow goodness on them wherever they walk because they choose to be givers. Which is it? Is it a Law or is it optional. The answer is it is both and more.

Some want to know if it will make them a better person, while others believe that what they give will aide to the development of humanity. As different philosophies and Spiritual paths have varying ideas on what giving should be, the common thread in all Spiritual Beliefs is, give as it is purposed in your heart, knowing and believing that it is better to give than to receive.

A person does not have to be particularly altruistic in their beliefs to partake in the wonders and miracles of giving. It is better to have a good attitude and kind heart when giving, but there are rewards for the person who chooses to abide by the Law of Giving, simply because it is a Law and they have experienced the rewards of obeying the Law.

Unfortunately there are those individuals who would rather know what it is that they are going to be out of. Often times these particular people, give with strings attached. This is the wrong attitude to take. You don’t have to be a perfect, flawless, and selfless human being to give, but what you must realize is that your rewards may not come from the person you supplied your goodness to. And those that respect the Law of Giving have come to realize that giving places them in a far greater position of always having more than enough because they have blessed humanity out of their excess.

Here are 3 Golden Keys of Giving that will assist you in understanding how this powerful Universal Law operates.

Golden Key #1: The Key Of Compassion

Giving comprises all good. Sometimes in life, people need to receive more than money. Sometimes, people need more than just material things to fill a void. For example, a man may be feeling lonesome, to the point of suicide. That individual may have just lost their entire family to some tragic accident. He becomes embittered and put off with life and decides things would be better for him, if he ended his life. He goes to a bridge, climbs over the rail and is about to jump. Suddenly a young girl sees this man in distress runs over to him and begs him not to jump and then offers him a check for $500.00…What? Guess what, the man will more than likely JUMP. Why? Because, the last thing he needed was a check for $500.00. He needed someone who he believed cared for him. He needed to be reminded of the precious gift of life and that his existence mattered.

Golden Key #2: The Key Of Currency

In another example, a struggling mother of four has just been notified that she will be evicted from her home, if her rent is not paid. A good neighbor friend of hers talks to the woman about her woes. This neighbor is a somewhat financially well off individual. After talking to the mother about her financial burden, she offers to bake the woman her favorite cake, so her and the children could have something sweet to eat…What? You do not have to be Freud to know that the last thing the woman needed was a cake? In this case, she needed some money.

Golden Key #3: The Key Of Love & Devotion

A young girl arrives home after school only to face her parents arguing over her grades. Burdened with overwhelming emotion of pain and disappointment; the teen retreats to her room the remainder of the evening. Neither one of the girl’s parents bothered to check on her or to discuss her progress in school with her. What the young girl needed from her parents was devotion, reassurance, and sometimes all people need for a time is a hug.

Staying flexible, being open to change, and looking for opportunities to give whatever is needed is a wonderful and miraculous way to operate in the flow of the Abundance of Giving. You may not necessarily receive what you need from the person you gave to, but give anyway. As Mother Teresa once said, it is between you and God anyway.

How many of you have felt that you have failed many times at what you set out to do? How many compare your success with others? How many base the criteria of success on someone else’s standard, your bank account, or the types of relationships in your life? In other words, your success is measured by the outside not from the inside.

The Law of Success is truly about you and the integration of your True Self (or one could say Higher Self) and the God Force of the Universe. It is the ability to create from an energy of synthesizing simplicity and synchronicity which brings Love – Living Only Vibrant Energy. The simplicity is that of, less is more, because you allow Spirit to work through you. You don’t have to work hard for the money so to speak; it’s not about effort but that of flow. The flow is manifested through the synchronicity aspect which lines up energies within the Universe to physically accomplish something you have intended and put your focus upon.

Many look at success from a different perspective. Success is evaluated by sets of criteria i.e. what goals have you attained, how the results look, how much money you earn or have, how many awards you’ve obtained, etc. In doing so, the opposite of success is failure and there is survival and limitation energy attached to it. This energy is dense and foreboding as well as depressive and full of fearful energies like guilt, anger, resentment, should haves, separation, blame, victim, and so on. Many feel they have failed based on the goals and expectations of themselves and/or others.

However, from the perspective of this Universal Law, the opposite of success is not yet. Can you feel the difference in this energy? It is a continuation of looking at what are the next steps, Divine timing, and order, what possibly needs to be realigned, what more is being created in the etheric but not yet present in the physical. It has a moving forward and thriving energy and an understanding, belief, and faith that all is in perfection. It offers congratulations to your Self for accomplishments along the way.

Success is Self Unifying through Conscious Choice to Energize Simplicity and Synchronicity in one’s life! It is about you consciously co-creating through the connection you have within your Self and with the Universe. It is not about creating or living in the past or from the box of the ‘old’ you. The true meaning of insanity is doing the same thing, the same way and expecting the result to be different.

Thus the Law of Vibration comes into play. As we know, everything is energy and it has a vibration that is always moving, it never rests. A vibration is composed of frequency and there are higher, lower frequencies. The words higher, lower and good, bad are used here to represent the qualities of the words, not as a judgment or a better than, less than value. Higher and good means less dense, a more rapid pace. For example, love has a vibration of expansiveness, freedom and the frequency is faster, while fear is a denser vibration of constriction, bondage and the frequency is slower.

The Law centers on what are your underlying motivations for what you do and create. If your intentions and desires are centered around love and sent out for good and service, then the vibration has a higher frequency and it magnetizes back to the origin (you), gifts of higher frequencies. If there are selfish reasons or underlying fears which are fueling your motivations (consciously or unconsciously), then the forces drawn back to you are vibrations are decreased in frequency levels and move into lower frequencies within your Self and your manifestations.

You can realize this if you are energized and inspired by something you’re doing or those that surround you within all aspects of your life. If not, then what is out of integrity and alignment within your bodies of consciousness? This does not mean you have to purge everything or everyone; it might just be redefining and refining your desires or cleaning up the past since you are no longer the person you once were and motivating factors have changed. This is part of the co-creative process and life’s journey. Remember, nothing stays the same and vibrationally we are always moving. And it is a forward movement, you can’t go back except to resolve and heal what no longer is or serves.

Control your life, start with controlling your thoughts and your mind and absolutely manifest your wildest desires. There is a catch. We may even be attracting into our lives the things we don’t want. Learn the mistakes that you can avoid and exact techniques to attain your desires in record speed. The irresistible, natural law of attraction works perfectly every time, only our ability to clearly use this law and the pitfalls described can be counter productive.

Quantum physics has shown all matter is simply a certain vibrating rate of energy. All energies will gravitate to other energies of the same or similar vibrating energy rates. Our thoughts and beliefs also vibrate at certain frequencies and energy levels. Thoughts of ours as having their own vibrational frequency not only attract into our lives similar vibrations from people, events, ideas, even financial status and opportunity but they also imprint our subconscious mind blueprint. So you can see that we really need to be sending the right signals or else even our subconscious mind can in actuality be working against us! This way, we can attract more of the same vibrational level thoughts of the people, circumstances, things, events that are in sync with our own desires.

Whatever you focus your intentions on, you will attract into your life. What? You may say, - No way did I attract this mess into my life! - . Well , in fact maybe you did, by mistake. Here is an important key in the law of attraction. Whenever you focus on something you do not want, you start the vibratory patterns of yours that attract the very thing you are trying to avoid. Very simply stated, if you focus on what you want , you will get it but if you focus on what you do not want, you will get it too.

People , as I once did, can get focused on something negative. As examples; maybe its bills, maybe it is a bad habit, lack of a partner , etc. By focusing your attention to it , even trying to rid it; you are attracting the very thing you want to get rid of! Instead, in order to receive our desires into our lives, we need to allow them. For example, instead of focusing on - not being broke all the time - , just relax and allow riches into your life. Another example would be instead of focusing on not having a loving relationship, be happy, content and be a joy to be around - send out positive vibrations of how great it is to be in a loving relationship. You will have a circumstance where you will attract another person will similar thought patterns. So focus on your desires. Let this be your overriding mindset.

A technique to keep focused on your desires and manifest them quickly is visualize these desires as if you had them now, in the present and feel the emotional state that they bring you. Focus on the benefits whether they be personal , materialistic, effecting others, achieving goals or other desires. The best time to practice this visualization is early morning and late at night before sleep. Both times are best but if you only can spend one fifteen to twenty minute session or so , make it early in the morning.. Creating a desire manual or scrapbook if you will, made up up pictures of your own desires whether they be relationships, travel, new sportscars, homes, diamonds, donations, or other. Whatever it is focus on these each day. What emotional state will you have when each of these is manifested. Imagine exactly how that feels. If you felt that way in an earlier portion of your life, use that memory to get that feeling again. The stronger the emotion the better. Also, your certainty of you attaining the desires plus your belief that you will, should both be strong. This way you will attain your desires the quickest.

As mentioned, an important point in achieving your desires is that you must believe what you desire .
The strongest, fastest way to manifesting your desires is to believe as if you already had your desire.
This is not always easily for many . However, if instead of saying you have these desires, just change your thinking to an intention.

Here is an example . Instead of the following statement:
I have a 70 foot luxury yacht.

Use this next statement for better belief:
I choose to have a 70 foot luxury yacht .

Or even better:
It is my intention to easily own a 70 foot luxury yacht.

You may have noticed that I did not mention a time constraint. I know many successful people have used a milestone date in the future where you will attain your desire . I have myself in the past successfully. However, with programming the subconscious setting milestones can even be detrimental. I mean this in a way that your subconscious might work faster than you even thought possible. And get this. It may multiply your desires to limits that you did not think possible. So whatever you do when you plan the desires you will attain, set no limits and ALWAYS pledge to meet your desires in an ethical manner that will benefit you and others in the best way possible to add value to peoples lives. By repeatedly practicing these steps, you will get a stronger belief and certainty and such control your life, start with controlling your thoughts and your mind and absolutely manifest your wildest desires.

In the first part we talked about The Law of Attraction, The Law of Polarity and The Law of Rhythm. In this part I’ll tell you about a few more important laws.

“The Law of Cause and Effect”

The law of cause and effect is also known as the law of karma. It states that for every action there is a reaction. It means that good actions bring good results. Bad actions bring bad results. If you do something bad to someone, sooner or later you will suffer for this. If you do something good you will be rewarded for this. We can escape from governments’ laws but we can’t escape from the law of karma.

If you want to have good and happy life, do well to others. Help people and other living things. If you want to be wealthy help those in need. Never cause suffering to anybody.

“The Law of Relativity”

Everything is relative. If you compare yourself to people who are much wealthier than you you’ll feel unhappy and poor. If you compare yourself to people who are much poorer than you you’ll feel that you are financially successful.

Don’t compare yourself to others. Pursue your own dreams. Having more than others won’t bring you real happiness and having less is not a reason to be unhappy. If you look at things as they are, you won’t feel unnecessarily depressed.

“The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy”

Everything is energy and the energy is always changing. You can observe that everything that is born, grows, exists for some time, becomes older and ultimately dies. But the energy still exists. It simply changes the form.

Even our bodies constantly change. Some scientists say that every seven years we have a completely new body. Nothing is the same. All cells have been replaced by the new ones. The only thing that is the same is you. You know that you are the same person. But your body has changed. It means that you are not your body. It also means that the real lasting happiness doesn’t come only from your temporary body.

There are other important laws like the law of gratitude and the law of energy and vibration, but that’s material for some other articles. You can find almost everything about all the important laws for manifestation and gratitude in the Manifestation Portal.

When we want to manifest something we need to use the law of attraction and some other laws. There are lots of articles about the law of attraction, so I’ll write only a little about it, but I’ll tell you about a few other important laws, that maybe you haven’t heard about. These laws will help you to manifest and attract what you want, and to become successful.

“The Law of Attraction”

Simple definition of the law of attraction is that we get what we mostly think about. Our predominant state of mind in combination with our emotions draws things to us. You attract what you focus on.

“The Law of Polarity”

If hot exists it must also exists cold. There is always opposite. It’s like yin and yang in Chinese philosophy. How to apply this simple law in life? If you are in a difficult situation, there must be also something good in the situation. There is a future possibility that you might not see at the moment, but if you overcome the present adversity, the outcome of the current bad situation could be very good.

There are many examples in lives of successful people who in the most difficult circumstances found the solution that brought them success. Knowing and living by this law, we won’t despair and won’t give on our goals and dreams when we are faced with some problems, but we’ll look for opportunities in such situations. So next time you face some challenges remember this law. It will be easier to be successful remembering it.

“The Law of Rhythm”

The law says that everything is moving in perfect rhythm. Nothing you want is upstream, so there’s no need to always try to change everything. Sometimes when the things go wrong you need to let go bad feelings and wait for a change to better times. Things are never the same.

In the ancient Vedic scripture Bhagavad-Gita Krishna says to Arjuna “O son of Kunti, the nonpermanent appearance of happiness and distress, and their disappearance in due course, are like the appearance and disappearance of winter and summer seasons. They arise from sense perception, O scion of Bharata, and one must learn to tolerate them without being disturbed.” (Bhagavad-Gita As It Is 2.14)

Create a Positive Ripple Effect

Every thought or belief you hold, contributes to the collective consciousness. We often hear, “What difference can I, just one person, make in this world?” If you let go of the belief that we’re all separate from each other, and understand that we are truly all connected, you come to realize that when you shift your belief system from the reactive and primal unconscious system, and choose to consciously create positive energy vibrations, you create a ripple effect. Just as crime epidemics are spread through negative consciousness, acts of generosity and kindness spread as well.

Our habitual thoughts create belief systems. If you operate in an unconscious state, you aren’t creating with intention. Your life is created by default. What you focus on, you experience. If your belief system is one of helpless, hopeless, empathy, fear, whatever it might be, you experience situations that allow you to remain helpless, hopeless, empathetic, fearful. Your personal beliefs and vibrations also contribute to the collective experience and impact others.

For example, when you go to work, if you complain about your job, your salary, company politics, your beliefs and emotions are spread to others. Pretty soon, your co-workers are complaining about the same things. Your message is being spread by your faithful followers.

Remember that your attitude is contagious, and your habitual thoughts create experiences that keep you in your current state of emotion.

Focus on Feeling Gratitude

The most effective way that you can feel good, and raise the vibrations you’re sending out into the Universe is to think of something you feel grateful for. You might have 10 things that don’t go right, but if you focus on that 1 thing that does go right, the other 10 things will have to improve or disappear. That’s the way the law of attraction works. It cannot function in a vibration with something that doesn’t match – you can’t be grateful for something and unhappy with that thing at the same time.

By raising your energy vibration, you change not only your life, but the world around you.

Many people decide they want to accomplish a particular goal or achievement but for one reason or another nothing ever materialises out of this desire. This can be due to many factors such as lack of motivation, direction, lack of guidance and so on.

One way to deal with this problem is to devise a written time related plan to achieve your main aim. This can have a dramatic effect because a written plan is what brings ideas from the mind into reality. The actual process of figuring out exactly how you can realistically achieve your goals is in itself a big confidence booster.

Once you can see ‘down on paper’ that your goal is actually achievable you can then begin to start to work towards it with a lot more purpose than if you were uncertain of what to do or how
to go about achieving it. The following comment sums it up perfectly:

‘The difference between a goal and a dream is the

The downside with plans is that sometimes they can make the final goal seem a long way off; this can sometimes be disheartening so it pays to select realistic short-term and long term goals.

I prefer to use a series of goals. For example if your two year long term goal is to become the head sales representative for your company and you know in order to do this you have to first
prove yourself as one of the top sales reps locally, you can easily work out a plan and a time frame for achieving this goal.

Here’s an example of how this Positive Thinking technique could be implemented:

Firstly you realise you need to improve you sales skills, so you enrol on the next available month long sales course (after hours if necessary), secondly you decide that you will do your own personal research into top sales techniques by reading up on these and you also decide to arrange informal meetings with previous successful sales reps to discover how they achieved successful sales(encouraging them with a few free drinks if necessary).

Now you immediately have realistic written targets that will help you work towards your over all goal. When you have completed these targets you might then decide upon your next set of ‘intermediate’ goals. This could be to be in the top two sales representatives in your team or whatever else would be the next challenging step up for you.

So we can see that by constantly setting yourself achievable short term goals you will consistently be working towards your two year goal. This is what provides you with constant motivation and keeps you going.

Most importantly however by knowing that you are working to a plan and being able to actually monitor your progress clearly towards the achievement of your goals you will gain in confidence and motivation on seeing yourself progress.

Through developing belief that you will achieve your goals you become expectant regarding your imminent achievement. You now realise that your final goal is within your grasp and there is no way that you will let it go now!

Whatever problems you encounter you now ‘know’ that you have come this far and believe nothing can stop you, so you simply persist safe in the knowledge that victory will be yours. This is the positive attitude that winners have.

Your own positive thoughts will have allowed you to deliberately create your own reality. This means for you it really is true that:

‘What the mind truly believes the body inevitably delivers’

Once you have created your own reality through this type of process once you will realise that anything you can fix in your mind, you really can achieve through a similar approach.

This is why people who are successful in one area of their life, business etcetera…. can then seemingly transfer this success into whichever area of their life they desire. They know that by following this procedure their success is inevitable.

A good example of this is Arnold Schwarzenegger. He has used this approach to first dominate bodybuilding in an amazing fashion before switching his focus to movies and now politics claiming an extremely powerful status in all three of these fields.

When you first start out in the early stages you must simply be persistent. If you struggle with this then consider the following:

‘Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.’

I urge you to re-read this article and consider exactly how you can use these extremely effective strategies in your life. And remember whatever you are afraid to do, do it and you will be startled that you are no longer afraid!
