Chinese Law Of Abundance
By Alison Lee
In the movie The Secret, Bob Proctor teaches the use of The Law of Attraction to create whatever we want in our life and to generate abundance and wealth. Bob Proctor explained that the secret in attracting abundance is aligning oneself and working with the one infinite power, the one universal law. We are all governed by the same universal law. Everything that is coming into our lives is the result of the images we hold in our minds. We attract whatever we hold in our minds.
This concept is based on the book “The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace D Wattles and the book “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. These authors lived in the 1900’s. Since the principles of The Law of Attraction is based on the Universal Law, which is as old as the Universe itself, is it possible that someone earlier in history could have discovered the secret? Or whether there are people or communities earlier in history could have lived their lives by the universal law of attraction and lived in abundance?
In a social gathering not so long ago, the topic of conversation drifted to money, wealth, success and riches. The exchange became very lively after I shared with the group about The Secret and Bob Proctor’s teachings of The Law of Attraction and how we can attract abundance in our life, and that the universe will manifest itself to bring our thoughts into reality. Someone commented that this law of abundance is practiced by the Chinese many thousands of years ago. My thoughts are, this is surely way before Wallace D Wattles and Napoleon Hill. I was intrigued by this idea and decided to find out if ever there was a “Chinese Law of Abundance”.
I did some researching and reading. What I found is that the Chinese people of the Taoist faith lived their lives in close semblance to the universal law of abundance. The Taoist values freedom, and to live a life in accordance to the law of abundance is a choice in living a life free of lack and deprivation.
We can find evidence of the law of abundance in the Dao De Jing, which is the Taoist “great book of the Way and Virtue”. The universe and the concept of its beginning is known as “nothingness”. This is similar to the “formless substance” that Wallace D Wattles spoke of in his book “The Science of Getting Rich”. And the concept of abundance is termed as “haveness” in the ancient text.
In the Dao De Jing we find phrases relating to the law of abundance, such as:
Nothingness named beginning of universe, haveness named mother of all objects. Thus be always in nothingness, if you desire to perceive the Dao’s wonder. Always in haveness, if you desire to discover the bountiful phenomena.
Empty yet produces endlessly, the more it works the more results it gets.
The more one acts in harmony with the universe (the Mother of the ten thousand things), the more one will achieve, with less effort.
Isn’t it wonderful to know that people in ancient history knew and practiced the law of abundance? I am thrilled that the law of abundance is not lost in time and has been brought back by Bob Proctor. He has not only revived an ancient principle, but also has put together The Science of Getting Rich Program, specially designed to help people learn how to use the Law of Attraction to manifest abundance and wealth in their lives.

How To Live In Abundance – The Universal Law Of Abundance, Part 3
By Roslyn Randle
In our last series we discovered two life changing facts:
1. Abundance surrounds us and our true self is that of abundance, and
2. The things that are manifested in our lives are birthed from our expectations of observed experiences.
In this section, the last of our 3rd part series on The Universal Law Of Abundance, we will reveal how there is no such thing as lack in the Universe. In the opinion of many the Universe has expanded, but how can something infinite become larger or more? There is a profound answer to such a puzzling question. The Universe has not expanded. Our knowledge of the Universe has expanded and when your knowledge expands, so does the possibilities. To that effect, when your possibilities expand so does life.
In fact, at one point, human beings lived without electricity. During this period, that knowledge that existed in our Universe was not discovered or explored. However, when electricity was discovered (knowledge), the light bulb was invented and a host of other inventions (possibilities); as a result, life seemed to expand. Now we have computers, microwaves, and all these things exist because someone had knowledge about electricity. What a world?! So how can we spark the electricity in our own lives? How can we expand our possibilities and then expand our own lives? Like every great inventor, we must learn the laws.
There are Universal and Cosmic Laws that govern how this Universe must operate. They are Universal because they work no matter if you are in Italy or on Mars. Unfortunately, not aligning with these laws, evading these laws or not knowing these laws have lead to tremendous suffering for so many of us.
And to soften the blow of this unnecessary suffering, we say that to suffer is spiritual. Contrary to popular belief, lack is not a spiritual concept. The belief that you must suffer in order to have a connection with “The ALL-mighty” (All that-is) you must suffer and through your suffering, the existence of a Creator exists. But what does suffering bring, but more suffering.
Therefore, it is wise and prudent to understand the Universal Law of Abundance which states you have a “divine right to live in abundance.” The entire Universe has been created to expand and become more—that is abundance. It is our lack mentality or poverty mentality which has put up obstacles between us and the “flow” of abundance in our lives.
Obstacles? Yes, obstacles. Frequent thoughts become our mentality because they have power and have built momentum for creation. Frequent thoughts of lack and scarcity become a poverty mentality which blocks the flow of abundance in our lives. The Law of Abundance states you have a right to live in abundance, but if you do not claim your right then you will continue to live in scarcity and lack with fleeting moments of good fortune and that alone can feel torturous.
The Universal Law of Abundance is our freedom to have our true desires and it all begins with understanding that our true nature is that of Abundance. So, what is abundance, the ability to be more, have more, and create more ever-expanding good? If we are to say we are created in the image of God the ALL-mighty All that-is, then this image would be an image of Infinite Intelligence, Infinity, Creativity, and Ever-expanding Good. As such, this is our image as well.
So, each time we think “how?” Each time we think we can’t or we don’t quite know how. Each time we are confused about whether it is “meant” for me to be rich (rich is the polar opposite of poor). Each time we wonder if it is wrong to want beautiful and luxurious things, just stop. Think for a moment. Remember the Universal Law of Abundance. And say to yourself, “I have the right to live in abundance; for I am intelligence, creativity, and I have a spirit of ever-expanding good. What about any of this makes me unworthy to live in abundance?”

Don’t Break The Law – The Universal Law of Abundance Part 2
By Roslyn Randle
In part 1 of our series, “What Is “The Secret” Really About? The Universal Law of Abundance, Pt. 1,” we dissected the film “The Secret” and its take on the Law Of Attraction. In this section we will delve deeper into the Law Of Abundance and discover how the Law Of Attraction is a companion to the Law of Abundance.
While the Law Of Attraction teaches that you’ll have what you attract, the Law Of Abundance states that your true self is that of abundance. But what one may be left wondering is, “Where do I start? How can I attract the good in my life?” First you must understand 3 important facts, One…
1. Abundance is all around us, and…
2. Our true self is abundance, therefore…
3. You have the right to live abundantly…
Think about that. You have the right – the Divine right to live abundantly. Each of us deserves to live our passions and have all our desires fulfilled, regardless of what our background, race, or economic situation may be.
Abundance is continual affluence; the continual flow of prosperity on every level of your life. Universal and cosmic laws which govern abundance, state that once we begin to work with these laws instead of against them, then we activate the flow. All we need to do is decide what we desire to have and what we desire to become. So many of us unconsciously work against the flow of abundance by dismally expecting the worst outcomes or by our stubborn belief that we can’t have the things we want in life.
As a companion to the Law Of Abundance and the Law Of Attraction, the principle of Expectation states that energy follows thoughts. Meaning, what we expect to get we get. Why? We create through our thoughts. Our expectations are culmination of our thoughts; which result from our experiences, the interpretation of those experiences, and the attention we give to those experiences. Once our opinions are firmly rooted in the environment of our thoughts, it predicts what we will begin to expect and believe is possible.
For example, an individual grows up in an impoverished environment and has been told all of their lives that they wouldn’t amount to anything. In their environment all they’ve ever seen was broken dreams and unfulfilled desires (other’s experiences). If that person begins to believe that all they’re supposed to do is settle for low wages, with no “expectation,” of receiving any type of higher learning, then they have allowed their environment to slowly condition them to aspire to nothing more than a sub-standard level of living. From the experiences they observed, what was interpreted was a fallacy. They were basing their observations on the experiences and expectations of others, which in reality has nothing to do with the person doing the observing.

What Is The Secret Really About – The Universal Law of Abundance, Part 1
By Roslyn Randle
Unless you’ve been living in a cave for the last few months, then you’ve probably heard of the phenomenon of “The Secret.” More than likely you’ve heard about the controversy surrounding it. What exactly is “The Secret” and more importantly does “The Secret” deliver on what it promises.
“The Secret,” developed by Rhonda Byrne is a well packaged 21st century spin on the Universal Law of Attraction. A law very well known to students of metaphysics and success philosophy, the Law of Attraction has existed since the inception of time. The secret of the Law of Attraction states that the Universe is a thinking universe. It promotes the idea that you can have what you desire by thinking on it. Better yet you will have exactly what you think, because we as humans are always thinking; therefore we’re always manifesting something good or bad. What the Universal Law of Attraction says is this: You have control over your own life and can therefore create your own reality.
Understand that the Law of Attraction exists. There is nothing one can do to go about changing the Law. What “The Secret” is teaching is that if you choose to positively align your thoughts and actions with the workings of this law, then you will receive the best results for your life.
The one concern I had with the film, was that it didn’t go deep enough. It led one to believe that the Law of Attraction was the only law and thereby a person need not do anything else. One of the teachers proclaimed, “if you’ve had an accident, then you attracted that accident…” While I don’t completely agree with the delivery of that statement; the teacher gave us no further examination or an explanation, other than if you think bad, then you’ll have an accident. The media has chosen to take a few signatures from both the book and film and literally blow some of those statements out of proportion. Hence the trouble and controversy began to brew for the film. Each teacher has had to individually interview with various news programs in order to “clean up” or elaborate more on what was said in the film. Quite a few of the teachers associated with the film have revealed that there are more laws and that “The Secret” is a good starting point.
No matter what your individual beliefs are, there have been clear misgivings surrounding the Universal Law Of Attraction. I do not personally endorse “The Secret” nor do I not endorse it, but I too believe that it is a great tool and introduction to The Law of Attraction, which many metaphysicians and success philosophers have given empirical evidence that the Law does work and is real.
Abundance, security, and relationships are the essence of what people desire. Aligning oneself with the Law Of Attraction can bring the desires of success and abundance to fruition. Fortunately, there are online courses available to teach one how to tap into the power of the Universe and begin to attract enormous wealth and success. The Law of Abundance
By Carmellita M. Brown
Are we breaking the law? Many of us are breaking the law everyday and don’t know it. How? Many of us are not living according to the Law of Abundance. Abundance is a Universal Law. Abundance is a Spiritual Law. As a result, we have a god-given right to live in abundance.
So, what is preventing each of us from having the abundance that the Universe offers? What is causing us to break the Law of Abundance? It is a simple answer to what seems to be a very complicated question. The answer is “the fetters” of life. Fetters are things that weigh us down and prevent us from experiencing the natural flow of succession or what we call success.
Fetters, or what some call “the cares of the world”, are those things that cause us to dwell, operate, and perform in low vibration energy. This low vibration energy causes the onset of poverty, illness, chaos, stress, and debt.
Let’s face it. Living in scarcity, lack, and financial bondage is no way to live. Consequently, it is pertinent to tap into the energy which governs abundance.
Where do we begin? We begin with our thoughts. Our thoughts are seeds–seeds we must cultivate in order to produce what we truly want in our lives. Our thoughts are rudders which steer our lives in certain directions. Want to live in abundance? Want to learn to practice the Law of Abundance? Then, the first principle in learning to operate according to the Law of Abundance is, “Energy follows thoughts.” This is referred to as the principle of Expectations.
The truth is irrefutable. We don’t always get what we want. We don’t always get what we need, but we always get what we expect. For example, if you hoard money, then you are think “I expect to run out of money one day.” Accordingly, energy follows the thought and you run out of money one day.
Now, how do we change our thoughts to increase the flow of abundance in our lives? How do we change our thoughts in order to practice the Law of Abundance? We change our thoughts 4 ways:
1. We change what we say (linguistics).
2. We change our environment.
3. We change the images we see.
4. We change our actions.
To change our language, we start to speak according to The Law of Abundance. Poor-mouthing is not going to make the Universe feel sorry for you and rain money and wealth in your life. We have to change our language and our thoughts will change.
Some of us find it difficult to change our environment. Even if you live in a one-room apartment over Hell’s kitchen, you can change your environment. Put things in your environment in which you find attractive. Things representing abundance to you should be around you.
Change the images you see. You may live in the worst neighborhood in the world, but you have your mind. Use your mind. Visualize the life you want to live. Visualize abundance through meditation and your thoughts will change.
Change your actions. Act like a successful person. Act like the richest man or woman on the planet and eventually the energy around you will change. You will see abundance manifesting in your life.
Yes, the Law of Abundance contends that we have the right to live in abundance. However, we must be willing to do what it takes to obey the law.

Manifest Your Desires Using Natural Hypnosis
Seth, the very high level, spiritual teacher and guide channeled many years ago by Jane Roberts, impressed me with his great wisdom and I started applying his exercises and concepts as soon as I discovered his books. One of the exercises I practiced and loved was his natural hypnosis exercise.
Seth explained how we are our best hypnotist. Natural hypnosis is simply giving ourselves our undivided attention. We have mind chatter anyway, repeating words and phrases over and over again, making it part of our belief system and reality. This is natural hypnosis, nothing mystical about it.
Using natural hypnosis deliberately to manifest what we want is easy to do. We already have much practice doing it unconsciously. Using positive affirmations repeated for a brief period of time is very powerful and works exceptionally well. I’ve used written and verbal positive affirmations since childhood and I can give numerous examples of how well this works.
Now some of you may be thinking, “I do affirmations all of the time, this isn’t anything new!” What’s different is the use of a specific period of time – five to ten minutes only – of deliberate focused attention on one affirmation. And forgetting all about it when you are done. It’s very concentrated and more powerful than saying or writing affirmations in general.
Seth suggests that we take five to ten minutes each day to focus on one particular statement as vividly as possible. This is a statement or an affirmation we want to see manifest into physical reality. This affirmation must feel comfortable to use — if it doesn’t, change it.
Let’s say, for example, you want a new job or career. Your affirmation may be something like, “I now have my ideal job, doing what I love and earning a great income”. You may want to insert an actual income figure in your affirmation. Word it so it feels just right.
I did this one several years ago for a particular job I wanted after graduating from college. Although there wasn’t an opening at the company I wanted to work for, I did get the job in an unusual way. In the meantime, I easily and quickly attracted another job that was similar which led me to certain people and circumstances. In a brief period of time, I was able to get my foot in the door of the company I wanted to work for originally. By doing this exercise, I set energies in motion which opened doors and attracted opportunities I was not aware of. I didn’t worry how it would play out, I just allowed it to happen. It all worked out even better than I expected.
So decide what affirmation you would like to use and begin. Every time your mind tries to wander, bring it right back to your statement or affirmation, repeating it mentally or out loud, over and over again – for only five to ten minutes (you may want to set a timer). Then forget all about it until the next day when you do this exercise again.
What you have just done is focused attention, natural hypnosis. According to Seth, if you do this exactly as mentioned, in at least three days, you will start to see the results of your intentions. Some may see it sooner. Continue doing the exercise regardless and allow the miracles to happen. Seth explains:
“Inner channels must become repatterned. There will be a feel to this that will serve as your own individual guidline. There is no need to continue the practice over ten minutes. In fact, many will find that difficult to do. Spending a longer period of time simply reinforces the idea of problems involved.” [The Nature of Personal Reality by Jane Roberts]
I wish everyone great success using natural hypnosis sessions in this way — it really works! For other great exercises and techniques by Seth, some of the books I highly recommend by Jane Roberts are Seth Speaks, The Nature of Personal Reality, Dreams and Projections of Consciousness and by Lynda Dahl — Beyond the Winning Streak: Using Conscious Creaton to Consistently Win at Life and Ten Thousand Whispers: A Guide to Conscious Creation.
The law of attraction and being in the now
By Larry Blenn
You know recently I have been asking myself what the true meaning is behind perceptions such as the law of attraction or being in the now. I read a lot of material and I consider myself to be a research hog. The thing that I realized is that everything I have learned can easily be brought down to one simple truth. What does the law of attraction really tell us about ourselves? What is the underlying meaning of all this motivational hype? The answer has been in front of me this entire time without my awareness of it.
Although this is only my perspective I feel that the most important message to learn from all of this motivational stuff is to be a good person. Expect more for yourself and know in your heart your true worth. Nobody sets a value on your life but you. Nobody creates your reality but you. So if you create it then you should start making a conscious effort to change it if you are unhappy.
We can make the choice to be a better person. When we decide to do better for ourselves we inadvertently do better for humanity. We are more caring and loving towards the people in our lives. We can use negativity and pessimism as fuel for good, instead of letting it control who we are.
If we stop looking for excuses as to why we are not successful in life then we open the door to a world of endless possibilities. You can make it a difficult decision to be a better person. I know there are many times in my life when I have done just that but at the end of the day you have to ask yourself if you are satisfied with the outcome of your life. If you are unhappy you don’t need to make your life more difficult. You can decide right now to change for the better. Nobody is holding you back except you. We all have to face our daily challenges and we all have the choice to see life from a different perspective.
Take whatever works for you and make yourself a better person. You deserve to be in the light not hiding in the darkness. Take each adversity you have faced and turn it into the power you need to be successful in life. It’s really that simple! Tomorrow when you return to work, do so with a smile. Be kind to your boss and be appreciative of the job you hate. Try to see only positive aspects of the people around you. Do something nice for a stranger. When you start to believe you can live a better life you will become the influence that a child needs. You will be seen as a lucky person. People will look at you with admiration for what you have accomplished in life.
The power of being in the now and choosing to live each moment to its fullest is really your underlying purpose in life. We are only on this Earth for a short amount of time so stop waiting for something to happen and make it happen. Start appreciating each moment of your life and the rewards will be beyond your wildest dreams.

Law Of Attraction – Part 3
By Mike Manjin
First a little recap of parts 1 and 2 and what we’ve covered so far.
As we think so we are…
In the first part on the Law of Attraction we covered how our reality is a reflection of our thoughts. The process of how this happens breaks down to this rather simplified representation:
Thoughts ===> Feelings ===> Actions ===> Results ===> Reality
We then explored exactly how it is that our thoughts influence our actions by understanding how the conscious and subconscious mind work together in terms of influencing our actions and ultimately our reality. Many of our thoughts and subsequently our actions, come from the subconscious mind. Since we’re not really aware of the thoughts coming from the subscious it is imperative that we ensure that the subconcious relays the thoughts that empower us and through our actions give us the results that manifest into the reality we desire.
We then ended the session by performing a simple exercise whereby we just observed our thoughts over a relatively short time span to begin getting a handle on exactly what thoughts we were having and use that as a starting point for our lesson in part 2.
Control your thoughts control your life…
In part 2 we began focusing in on our thoughts and to recognize how our primary thoughts begin to expand and manifest themselves in our lives. Therefore, it is critical to begin controlling our thoughts and only choose to acknowledge those that will empower us.
We ended the lesson with a simple exercise that expanded on the previous lesson. We expanded on lesson 1 by going beyond observing our thoughts and begin eliminating those thoughts that were not empowering by switching in thoughts that were positive and/or pleasant to us.
The power of now…
That brings us to the current lesson. In this lesson we will build from where parts 1 and 2 left off. That is, learning to develop empowering thoughts by being in the moment.
By now you are probably quite surprised by the range of thoughts going through your head at any given moment and the number of thoughts that really don’t have anything to do with empowing you and moving you closer to where you wish to be in your life.
As you practiced your switch thinking you probably felt a really awkward or maybe even weird. Anytime we find ourselves outside of our comfort zone we tend to feel uncomfortable. That’s normal. Learn to embrace that feeling because it means your growing. You’re learning something new and expanding your horizons. Only by getting out of your comfort zone can you progress to a higher level of understanding and being.
In fact, what you were really doing was learning to alter your thoughts by being “in the moment”.
Being in the moment.
To understand the concept of the power of now we need to understand “being in the moment”. It’s best to explain by example.
When you’re actually doing something when are you doing it? You’re doing it now.
When you’re thinking about the past when are you doing it? Right now.
When you’re thinking about the future when are you doing it? Now of course.
When are you doing something that you have planned for tomorrow? You’re doing it now. Don’t believe me? Try doing something tomorrow right now. Impossible right?
You see tomorrow eventually becomes today and when you actually get around to doing it when will you be doing it? Now, of course.
Just stick with me because things will get clearer as we go on. But first, I’m going to tell you something right now (no pun intended) that’s really going to blow your mind! What if I told you that there is no future or past. It’s all just an illusion.
Your probably thinking I’ve lost my marbles. No, I haven’t. Einstein was the first to theorize that what we think of as the past, present and future all really just different points along the same time space continuum. The biggest illusion of all, according to Einstein, is the illusion of time. Time is actually stateless. It only exists for us when we observe it and give meaning to it. Einstein’s theories of time have since been validated by modern quantum physics – but that’s beyond the scope of what we’re trying to cover here. Suffice it to say that what’s most important to us and the only thing that should concern us is what happens in the here and now.
The main idea or concept I want you to understand from all of this is that the only time we can influence our thoughts are right now. And the only time we can begin to alter our actions and have any kind of impact on our future and be able to manifest the reality we desire is by changing our thoughts right now or by being “in the moment”.
That’s why it’s so important to always try and be in the moment. It’s the only time you’re open and receptive to the world around you and be able to influence your thoughts.
The past is the past
There’s nothing that can be done about events in the past. As for the future it hasn’t happened yet so whatever thoughts we have about the future are pure speculation on our part. It may or may not ever happen. In fact the future can and often does unfold in ways we couldn’t possibly imagine. Quantum physics dictates there are an infinite number of outcomes to any specific action in the present. If so why waste our time and energy even thinking of all the possible events that might occur. Our time and energy is better spent focusing on what’s happening now since right now is the only moment we have control over our thoughts. It’s also our best chance in manifesting the reality we desire.
It all starts right now…
Are you beginning to understand why thinking about what was (the past) and what might be (the future) doesn’t really help you? By being in the now allows you to control your thoughts. By empowering yourself through controlling your thoughts begins to alter and shape your reality and ultimately your destiny.
Time for an exercise.
Continue observing your thoughts and continue switch thinking whenever you find yourself moving away from thoughts that don’t empower you. I know it’s not practical or even realistic to be constantly monitoring your thoughts and switch thinking. The whole idea here is to do it often enough and long enough so that after a while it becomes natural and automatic. If you focus on empowering thoughts often enough eventually you will get to a point where it becomes almost automatic. You want to get to the point that having empowering thoughts are the norm for you. When that happens you’re going to see some radically powerful events and changes occur in your life. When it does let me know. It’s exciting when it happens and you’ll probably want to share with someone who understands where your coming from!
To your continued success,
Mike Manjin

Law Of Attraction – Part 2
By Mike Manjin
In part 1 on the Law Of Attraction I ended with a simple exercise. The exercise involved the monitoring of your thoughts over the course of the day. The idea was to simply be an observer of your thoughts and not try to influence or change your thoughts in any way.
As you were monitoring your thoughts did you notice a pattern develop? Do you have postive thoughts or negative thoughts? Some more negative than others but I’m willing to bet you had far more negative thoughts than you had positive ones. Were you thinking of the past or the future? If you were thinking of the past what were you thinking? What about your thoughts for the future?
It never ceases to amaze me the range of thoughts we have over the course of a single day. For the most part the thoughts we have aren’t exactly very empowering.
As we think so we are…
A basic universal truth we often fail to realize is that whatever we focus our thoughts on tends to expand and manifest itself in our reality.
In other words, whatever it is your thinking about the most usually ends up happening in your life. Want proof? Think about whatever it is that keeps you up at night. If nothing keeps you up at night then think about what it is you spend most of your time worrying about. If you took the time to monitor your thoughts over the course of a day as suggested in the last lesson you should have noticed a few things that may have happened. From your observations does focusing your thoughts make your reality any better or worse? Does it resolve the issue or make it go away?
If your predominate thoughts are empowering to you to then chances are your reality and subsequently your life are probably quite good. If however, you spend most of your time focused on worry, hate, fear, jealousy, greed or any other negativity then chances are your reality probably isn’t what you want or would like it to be. That’s actually a good thing since now you know you have some room for improvement and that improvement has to come from within you. No sense blaming your boss, spouse, loved one, friend or next door neighbor for your problems. You control your destiny and your happiness is in your hands or more specifically between your ears. The moment you begin to> realize this truth is the moment you take control of your life rather than have life control you.
Your thoughts
You see the truth is the universe actually conspires to give us exactly the reality we desire to manifest through our thoughts. It doesn’t care if those thoughts are positive or negative, empowering or not. We get exactly what we ask for. So be careful what you ask for. You usually end up getting it – good or bad.
Choose your thoughts carefully!
Always focus on those things that will empower you .
Unfortunately many of us do the exact opposite most of the time and end up focusing our thoughts and energy on what we don’t want or can’t have or can’t do. The next time you come across someone who always seems to be complaining about someone or something and is just plain negative about life notice what their life is like. Chances are they are probably stuck in a job they hate, are usually broke, suffering from some type of illness or headaches and probably wonder why “bad” things always happen to them. Truth is they are subconsciously drawing all negative events toward them and they’re not even aware of it!
Remember from the last lesson that our predominate thoughts eventually end up being filtered down to our subconscious and the subconscious doesn’t care what those thoughts are or how it effects your life. However, it is our subconscious thoughts, the thoughts we’re unaware of that play an instrumental role in determining our actions which ultimately manifests into our reality.
To recap from our last discussion our thoughts and the manifestation of those thoughts to reality can be depicted as follows:
Thoughts ===> Feelings ===> Actions ===> Results ===> Reality
If you observe those who are successful you will notice one thing success people never do. Based on what you have learned so far do you know the answer? That’s it – you got it! They NEVER focus on the problems or obstacles in their life. Instead they ALWAYS focus on solutions. They think in terms of opportunity, what they can accomplish and what can be done. A successful person is focused on the big picture and what’ s most important to them and not majoring in the minors. The rest focus on obstacles, what they can’t accomplish and what can’t be done.
Do you see the difference? Successful people just think different than those that aren’t successful. They control their thoughts because they understand the power their thoughts carry in manifesting their reality.
Just like last time I want you to observe your thoughts. However, this time whenever a thought creeps into you mind that doesn’t empower you immediately catch yourself and refocus your thought to anything that makes you feel good or empowers you. Hold that thought for as long as you reasonably can. It doesn’t really matter what it is just so long as you feel good about having that thought. It could be a person, place or thing. The objective here is to begin observing your thoughts and when you find your thoughts moving away from those thoughts that empower you immediately switch over to a thought that does empower you or at least makes you feel good.
It takes time and patience to get really good at this but it’s definitely worth the effort and practice.
Until next time and to your success,
To your success,

Law Of Attraction – Part 1
By Mike Manjin
Our reality, or the world we create for ourselves, is really just a manifestation of our thoughts. Everything in our lives originated with a thought. Our thoughts lead to feelings which lead to actions which in turn leads to results which then manifests itself into the reality that we ultimately experience.
Here’s what it looks like:
Thoughts ===> Feelings ===> Actions ===> Results ===> Reality
We need to understand that thoughts consist of two components: conscious and subscious. Conscious thought is that which we are aware of. We’re conscious of it. Subconscious thought we are unaware of. Unfortunately most of our daily actions are a result of our subconscious thoughts.
As you think so you are
We are what we think. That may be difficult for you to accept since your completely unaware of it! Just think of your daily routine and all the things you do during the day. Are you fully aware of everything you do every waking moment? Many of your cravings, desires, wants and wishes come from thoughts your not even aware of having. In fact you may even find yourself wondering sometimes where a particular craving, desire, want or wish even came from. Well, it came from your subconscious!
If your not really aware of your subconscious thoughts and yet much of your reality is manifested from those thoughts how is it possible to control those thoughts so that you can control your actions and ultimately your reality?
Your conscious mind works like a filter to your subconscious. Only those thoughts that are important to you end up in your subconscious. Being the good servant that it is it doesn’t question whether those thoughts are right or wrong, moral or immoral, ethical or unethical, true or false. As long as we believe it’s right, moral, ethical or true then that’s good enough for our subconscious since that’s how we perceive our reality. The only reality that matters to us is the reality we’ve created from our thoughts even if the “true” reality is something entirely different. If you control your conscious thoughts then logically you WILL control your subconscious thoughts and that’s how you make lasting and valid changes to your life.
Remember, your thoughts lead to feelings, which lead to actions which then lead to results and eventually manifests into reality for you. Knowing that you have to control your thoughts in order to control your actions and altering your reality is one thing. Actually being able to do it is another.
In the next lesson you will begin to understand how to begin controlling and shaping your conscious thoughts so that those thoughts will eventually manifest into your reality.
Do this short exercise before reading the next lesson. During the day be aware of everything your thinking. Don’t try to filter, judge or change your thoughts. Just be a casual observer of your thoughts. If your reading this toward the end of the day or your getting ready for bed then try this exercise after waking up the next day before continuing with the next exercise.
We’ll discuss what you observed about your thoughts in the next lesson and I think you’ll be very surprised with your findings!
To your continued prosperity.
